performers and teachers.
Shane Alessio Bass Band: (SABB)
A small big band comprised of bassists, Shane’s projected personnel includes: Joe Hunt (drums), Rufus Reid
(double bass), Jim Stinnett, Dave Buda, & Steve Bailey (“horns” aka electric basses), Dino Govoni (tenor sax),

All arrangements are composed and conducted by Allessio, and one of his tunes will be a feature for Rufus
Reid and guest Rob Gourlay playing my arrangement of “Visitation” - A Dedication to Sam Jones and Paul
Chambers. Check it out at New Hampshire Bassfest 2008!
Secret Chambers:
Allessio is also currently part of an educational presentation with fellow bassist Jim Stinnett called "Secret
